Not satisfied with your order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return for any reason, we're here to help. Please follow our detailed guidelines below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.

  • Item Condition: Items must be in new, unworn, unstained, and unscented condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible for a return.

  • Exclusions
    1. Orders paid with store credit or gift cards are not eligible for refunds. For promotions such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, all items must be returned together to qualify for a refund. Individual items from these deals can be exchanged or redeemed for store credit.

    2. In certain cases, we may choose to send you a replacement item without requiring the original item to be returned. If you are not satisfied with the replacement item, you must return both the original and the replacement items to qualify for a refund. This is a one-time exception and subsequent replacements will not be provided without a return.

  • BOGO-offer
    If you choose to buy only one item (or any odd number) during our promotion and don’t take advantage of the BOGO-offer, we cannot provide you with compensation or retroactively apply the discount.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: To start your return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@laceandlush.com. Provide your order number, detailed reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.

  2. Authorization: Wait for authorization and instructions from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

  3. Packaging: Once authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not liable for any lost or damaged returns.

Processing Your Return

  • Receipt and Inspection: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Depending on the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange.

  • Refund Timing: If eligible for a refund, the purchase price will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days of us receiving the return.

  • Follow-Up: We will inform you by email once the refund has been processed. Please note, it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
