Return policy

Not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry and would love to hear what we can do to make you happy again. You may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.


You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. We will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 7 working days of receiving the return. The shipping cost for returns are not covered nor reimbursed by us.


Please note:

  • Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and be in their new, original, perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender at the senders expense.
  • Restocking Fee:
    All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is designed to cover the costs associated with processing returns, restocking inventory, and any potential depreciation of the returned items.

  • Conditions for Waiver:
    Restocking fees may be waived under certain circumstances, such as:
    - The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
    - The wrong item was shipped, and a replacement is unavailable.

    Requests for waiver will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Note: orders paid with store credit or giftcard are not eligible for refund.
