Not satisfied with your order? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. You may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. We will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 7 working days of receiving the return. The shipping cost for returns are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

Return conditions 

• Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and be in their new, original, perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

• All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender at the senders expense.

Please note:

• Orders paid with store credit or giftcard are not eligible for refund. 

• For our Buy 2 Get 1 Free-deal, all items must be returned together. We cannot give refunds if not all items are returned. However, items in this deal can be exchanged for a different size or colour or redeemed for store credit.
