Your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items. The in-stock items will ship immediately, while the pre-order items will ship separately once they are available.
How will I know when my pre-order item ships?
You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your pre-order item ships. You will also be able to track your shipment via our tracking page.
Can I cancel my pre-order item after I’ve placed the order?
Unfortunately, once a pre-order item is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
How do I know when the pre-order item will be available to ship?
The expected availability of your pre-order item will be listed on the product page. You will also receive updates on its availability and shipping status via email.
What happens if my pre-order item doesn’t ship within the expected time frame?
If your pre-order item is delayed, please contact us, and we will provide you with updated information on the new shipping timeline.
Pre-order items will be shipped separately between February 8 and 12 and will take 6-12 business days to arrive.
Do I need to pay shipping for the pre-order item if it ships separately?
No, you will not be charged additional shipping fees for the pre-order item.
How do I track my pre-order item separately from the in-stock items?
Once your pre-order item ships (around 10 February), you will receive a separate tracking number and email notification. You can track both your in-stock and pre-order items using their respective tracking details.
