Here’s how we’ll handle your shipping with pre-order items:

  • In-stock items: Shipped immediately with our regular shipping times.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as they are on their way.

  • Pre-order items: These items are shipped separately between 4 and 9 March.

You’ll get a second shipping confirmation when they are dispatched.

Once your package is packed and left our warehouse, you’ll receive an automatic e-mail with your Track & Trace code.

When will I be charged for my pre-order item?

The payment will be captured at the time of ordering.

How will I know when my pre-order item ships?

You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your pre-order item ships. You will also be able to track your shipment via our tracking page.

Can I cancel my pre-order item after I’ve placed the order?

Unfortunately, once a pre-order item is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

What happens if my pre-order item doesn’t ship within the expected time frame?

If your pre-order item is delayed, please contact us, and we will provide you with updated information on the new shipping timeline.

Do I need to pay shipping for the pre-order item if it ships separately?

No, you will not be charged additional shipping fees for the pre-order item.
